How do memberships and bundles work?

Memberships and Bundles are tracked via unique ID’s displayed after purchasing and are sent to the provided email. We highly recommend signing up for an account to not loose track of your IDs. IDs are “tied” to your email. Membership IDs can only be used by the original subscriber to book sessions. If another person attempts to use an existing membership ID that doesn’t belong to them, the booking is subject to cancelation. Bundle IDs can be used freely and can be transferred to anyone.

Why isn’t my membership or bundle working at checkout?

If you purchased a Membership/Bundle but the Membership/Bundle ID code is not applying at checkout, select 'Package, gift, or coupon code' and enter your ID code. If you don’t know your ID, check your email for the code delivered to you upon purchase. If you have an account, you can also login and select 'Package, gift, or coupon code' - ‘View Your Redeemable Code's’ at checkout. Then, apply the membership ID tied to your account.

For the best experience, you can click the ‘Schedule’ link in your confirmation email to have your Membership/Bundle ID automatically applied while browsing classes.
